Planting Trees at the House of Formation

Vice Rector don Jonah overseeing the planting of the fruit trees in the back yard and thinking to himself, we are going t have a lot of fun over the next few years transforming our backyard into one of the nicest gardens and parks in Rome.

Ottavio, our Brazilian seminarian, digging a hole with precision for the planting of one of the two types of olive trees we planted. If you look closely you can see the wooden rods used to keep the olive tree upright, and not get blown over in the early years of formation. Also, the tape that kind of looks like police Do Not Cross tape, is actually what we used to align all the trees.
